Weekly Work Tips—A Series for the New Year

The Client Assistance Program (CAP) at ACDL is bringing you a new series of helpful self-advocacy tips. Starting this month, we will be posting a work-related tip video on the same day every week, for the entire year!

These helpful tidbits of information will be just a few minutes long. Each video will be clear, and concise, and deliver one important fact about your rights. From Vocational Rehabilitation service limits to assistance animals in the workplace, this series will cover it all.

The Client Assistance Program, or CAP, at ACDL, has worked with a creative partner to make an animated short explaining our services. This will be a fun accessible way to learn about how we can help. Animated videos support understanding by showing pictures and symbols along with the text.

Every one of the 52 videos will have captions, ASL, and a Spanish companion.  Not familiar with CAP? Check out a quick video about the CAP program, in both English and Spanish.

And, subscribe to our YouTube channel or follow us on Facebook or Twitter to be sure to see them all.
