As it is the back-to-school season, ACDL is offering a new limited-time service for callers with education-related concerns. This week, from August 15-August 18, for one hour each day, an ACDL education attorney will be offering virtual Q&A sessions via Zoom.

During this time, individuals with questions about education for students with disabilities are encouraged to ‘drop in’ to our Zoom session to ask our attorney their general questions. These sessions will not provide tailored legal advice or address individualized scenarios, but are designed to answer general questions about special education laws, student rights, and dispute resolution options.
